I paid for Jio Fiber Wifi for 3 months in advance and after a month the wifi stopped working. Even after making repeated calls to the customer care, nobody bothered to resolve this issue rather the junior as well as the senior customer care executive went on giving false words that the technician will visit on promised time and repair the wifi but nobody came. And now the customer care executives have stopped responding to my calls also.
