I have connected with Jio fiber installation team to setup my new connection as there are running connection adjacent to my house.Team visited to my house and booked my connection with order number NO0000DX49VB . After booking they demand extra money for setup rather than Rs.2500, they demand Rs.5000. I asked the reason for extra changes then they said the Jio pole is far away(~50m) from your house so extra wire would be needed.I am ready to pay extra wire charges according to per meter extra wire but they demand much more than that and after that they cancel my order with the reason that the connection is not possible in you area as the pole is far away from your house.But my question is then why connection is successfully running in my adjacent house.Is the company demand extra money for setup new connection if the Jio pole is at 50m from your house.Hope for any positive response soon.
