GRIVIENCE The issue in jio fiber set up box connection the issue is flaky video, delayed audio and the my jio app troubleshooting section also detects shows the same issues as is persisting from past more than 1 month, despite complaining multiple times the issue was not properly resolved till date the procedures done were:
The complaint was lodged on jio customer care 24 sept 2023 for the setup box video issue, the problem was of snow texture in video and audio delay
The complaint was again lodged on 25 sept 2023 the field visit happen and the technician said the t.v is broken
The T.V company (SONY) technician and jio fiber the setup box technician both were called on site and the technician from the sony company said the T.V had no issues the issue is from the jio fiber setup box.
The jio fiber setup box was changed and cable was also replaced 26 sept 2023
The jio fiber setup box issue continued to sustain so complaint was again done on 01 oct 2023, technicians were not able to detect the problem till time.
The jio fiber setup box issue continued to sustain so complaint was again done on 07 oct 2023, technicians were not able to detect the problem till time. The jio fiber setup box issue continued till date and still there sustaining to it., technicians were not able to detect the problem till time PLAYING BLAME GAME. The jio fiber setup box issue Complaint was again done on 29 oct 2023 at 08:36 AM, NO ENGINEER OR TECHINICIAN VISITED TILL 6:00 PM THE TIME BEYOND SCHEDULED TIME. The jio fiber setup box issue was not attended on 29 oct 2023, AND COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED BY JIO OFFICE 29 OCT 2023 AT 12:34 PM WITHOUT ANY ENGINEER VISIT, ON CALLING CUSTOMER CARE, THE REPRESENTATIVE MR. WAHID REHMAN said how can I know the visit has been done or not or the complaint is fake, I told him to oversee the account issues in the past and decide, then I asked him to raise the ticket or at least escalate the call the senior, he did nothing and he said that he has complained to the authorities etc, bogus promises made from his side and he just reopened the complaint. 29 Oct 2023 till date nothing has been done for jio fiber setup box 30 OCT 2023 Reschedule of the appointment was done jio fiber setup box SR0001S1DSY complaint number. Complaint closed again from back office on 31 oct 2023, without notifying customer and no further resolution was provided, again case was closed without any enquiery regarding system by false noting on consumer forum 27nov2023. 3 months into the problem no solution still.
