Subject: Complaint against Jio Fiber Services for Relocation and Lack of Response

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to register a formal complaint against Jio Fiber Services regarding the relocation of my Jio Fiber connection. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of response and assistance I have received from Jio Fiber Services in addressing my concerns.

Approximately two months ago, I had Jio Fiber installed in my room for internet services. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to change my room as instructed by my landlord. This necessitated the relocation of my Jio Fiber connection.

On September 1, 2023, I initiated the relocation process by submitting my first request for relocation. To my dismay, on the very next day, Jio Fiber employees visited my premises and informed me that my relocation request could not be processed. They explained that although the service was available in my new location, there was a lack of available connection ports. When I questioned them about the responsibility for this issue, they stated it was a matter for a higher department and suggested that I send an email.

Subsequently, I sent multiple emails to Jio Fiber Services seeking assistance with my relocation request. However, I have not received any response or acknowledgment to date. Additionally, I made numerous calls to the customer care number, but my concerns were either dismissed or met with unfulfilled promises of resolution within 48 hours. As of today, it has been 22 days since I initiated the relocation request, and there has been no progress.

I would like to bring to your attention the following issues:

Financial Loss: I have been unable to use the Jio Fiber service for 22 days, leading to a significant financial loss due to the prepaid nature of my subscription.

Lack of Communication: Jio Fiber Services has not responded to my multiple emails seeking assistance and clarification regarding my relocation request.

Customer Service: The customer care helpline has been unhelpful and has failed to resolve my issue despite multiple follow-up calls.

In light of these concerns, I kindly request the following actions:

Immediate Relocation: I urge Jio Fiber Services to expedite the relocation of my connection to my new location at the earliest convenience.

Compensation: I request appropriate compensation for the period during which I have been unable to use the Jio Fiber service.

Refund Option: In the event that Jio Fiber Services cannot relocate my connection within a reasonable time frame, I request a refund of the amount paid for the unused service.

I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that my grievances are addressed promptly. I believe that Jio Fiber Services should be held accountable for their lack of responsiveness and the financial inconvenience caused to me.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution to my complaint and your assistance in ensuring that I receive the services for which I have paid.
