Text of Complaint by Ajay Kumar:

I requested relocation on 15 Aug 2022 and the resolution time was given 22 Aug 2022 and till date (02/09/2022) I haven’t received any update. Whenever I call, they just says wait for 24 hours and we will close your request but it is 17 days now and no action is taken about the issue. I am not able to use my internet and also I my money is getting deducted. I have paid for 6 months and it’s 2nd month but they are neither relocating nor closing the request.
