I have canceled jio fiber trial pack on 25th June, but I have still not received the refund of 2500 rs. I have sent multiple emails to customer care, but there is no reply. I have called customer care, they gave me a website link to update my bank details, but the link is not working. They have no answer as to why the link is not working.
I have even sent a mail to Appellate Authority, but there is no reply from them either.
