Jio Fiber Refund Not Processed Even After 45 Days – No Response I made an advance payment of ₹1111 to Jio Fiber for a new connection, based on the promise that the installation would be completed within 2 days. However, the installation was delayed by Jio’s team, and due to this failure, I cancelled the request and asked for a refund.

It has now been over 45 days, and I have still not received my refund. I have contacted Jio customer care multiple times, and also sent several emails, but all I get are generic responses or complete silence.

This is highly unprofessional behavior from a reputed company like Reliance Jio. It’s not just about the amount, but about how carelessly the company treats customers once they take the payment.

Reason for Cancellation: Installation delay from Jio’s side

Refund Delay: 45+ days and counting

This kind of delay and ignorance is not acceptable. I am now left with no choice but to consider legal action under the Consumer Protection Act. I will also be posting this complaint across all social media platforms and tagging Jio until this issue is resolved.from Customer Support
