Text of Complaint by Shipra De:

I am Shipra De, have not received refund for Jio Fiber. Their engineer picked up the router from me on 1st September 2021 and informed me that the refund amount of Rs. 1500 will be credited to my bank account in 10-14 days. And today is 18th September 2021, it’s been 18 days the refund have not been made. I try to contact Jio fiber customer care (18008969999) last 5 days but no jio fiber advisor responds, it’s impossible to contact them.
