hi,
My jio fiber plan 999 comes with 15plus ott subscription however 3 ott apps not working
since 17th Aug 2022 ,Service request raised on 23rd Aug 2022 but till date issue is not resolved .
After 15 days service engineer came to check but he could not fix the issue and he said it will
done in back end post which no one called me on the issue no status update or resolution date nothing .
Have done necessary escalation via mail , jio app and call but nothing worked .
i am paying 999+tax for which is of no use .
