On August 15th, I reported that my JioFiber cable was damaged, and a request was made for an engineer visit to resolve the issue. However, despite the scheduled visit being rescheduled, no one has come to address the problem. The expected resolution time (TAT) was given as August 19th, but unfortunately, nothing has been done so far.
I have made numerous calls, approximately 15 to 18 times, to follow up on the matter, but there has been no progress.
Slots are rescheduling
16th Aug , 4-5 PM
17th Aug , 3-4PM,3.30-4.30 PM,4-5PM
And so on…
Senior L1 Desk given TAT , on19th Aug by 5:48 PM issue will be resolved but it didn’t.
