I have registered for the jio Fiber connection on 15th July, and paid amount of Rs.2824 to agent, and next day I’ve cancelled the order without installation, informed to agent he has unregistered my mobile number, and said money will be refunded in 2 weeks, But it’s been more than 1month and agent also not lefting my phone. I was cheated by the jio Fiber agent. Kindly help me to get money refunded.
