We took jio fiber connection by paying Rs.2500 , we were told this is only deposit amount and will get refund once the connection is cancelled and router is taken back the authorised person.The jio aithorised person took router 2months back and we have given all bank details but had not received any refund yet.The connection was taken in name of ankur jain staying in satna(Madhya Pradesh) And now we trying to approach the person he is not picking calls.we have been cheated and have been charged Rs.2500 for no reason.we request you to look into matter and get back us refund of amount paid.
