Text of Complaint by Kartik Madhwal:

I am a jio fiber user in dehradun
I deactivated my device on 9th april, and i was told that the device will be picked up within a week and my refund for security money will be issued. However the device hasn’t been picked up yet after daily rescheduling by jio. It is 10th june and I have called jio 20 times to ask for pickup of the device and they have been unresponsive. I even contacted the appellate authority 4-5  times and they have also been unhelpful.
I have been writing complaints which are not being resolved at all.
