I raised a request to install Jio Fibernet at my house in Raheja Regency on 11-Dec. The sales executive, Balaji (93429 97265) collected 3 months of payment towards the same. He promised installation in 30 minutes but till now the same hasn’t been done. I tried calling him multiple times but he has not responded. There are no responses to my text messages too.
I tried calling the toll free number of Jio to raise a complaint but the IVR menu doesn’t have this option. Request you to kindly look into the matter and provide a refund
