I have cancelled my jio fiber connection in 27 Feb2022. it has been more than 10 days, engineers are not coming to pick up the device since they tried 1-2 times and due to their backend issue, OTP was not generating on registered number. Even I changed the Number and mail Id, they are still not able to send OTP and hence not collecting the device. Even customer care is not ready to help with this issue. They are not suggesting any alternative way to submit the device for security refund if OTP is not generating. So much harassments are given to customer at time of cancellation of a connection. Pathetic service.
