Hello,
I have jio fiber and set-top box connection at my home. However, the service is not working since 07th May 2021. I reached out to Jio customer service and area sales manager multiple times everyday but my issue is still not resolved. Everyday I’m told that my issue will resolve in next 24 hours (I can present the call recording of my conversation with area manager and customer service executive). I have already recharged for the current billing cycle (prepaid) and since the service is not working, I’m not able to access internet and other jio services along with my office work (due to having Work From Home because of lockdown in state). I’m suffering a lot due to the delay and carelessness of Jio service provider. Requesting you kindly look into the matter and get it resolved, also I’m expecting the compensation against the problems I had to face because of this delay and service.
