Jio fiber internet connection is not working for the past 3 days. I called customer care after 30 mins wait and raised a complaint immediately. Executives from Jio fiber customer care just trained for 3 sentences as a reply to every customer
1. Within 24 hours we will resolve your issue (even though you say I have been waiting for more than 48 hours)
2. Surely we will send a person to solve your issue.
3. We will take your complaint to our higher authority
I dont know why this customer service is exist to repeat the same 3 sentences every time.
To check Jio Fiber’s care on customers I requested for a new connection from another number and immediately I got couple of messages and concern person name with phone number.
