I am pasting the whole EMAIL that I have sent to JIO customer care please help me they’re taking customer’s so for GRANTED and cheating them please go through my EMAIl below –

Hello, I am a jio fibre customer and have started using this service since just  2-3 months back and if I can say my all over experience is very bad and poor I’ll rate 2-3 out of 10 as your after sales services are NIL and you guys just give big statements and don’t follow them . When your Salesmen reach out to my house I have told him that I do not want to get your Wifi but he said he need to complete his target of the day and convinced me to get one, so seeing his honesty and I thought he’s trustworthy I got your plan but once I got your plan whenever I had issues I always end up running after your agents, area manager, salesmen to get the net speed corrected but not even a single person takes the responsibility to get me some solution. You can take today’s example as well I am just back to my hometown for some work here in Lucknow so I need to do some official work that is related to uploading on drive but your net is not working NO DOWNLOAD SPEED & NO UPLOAD SPEED , as they say JIO will give 100mbps speed I think I should laugh on myself that I trusted a FAKE BRAND those who don’t value their statements . And my elder sister already told AREA MANAGER about this issue he told her that it will be resolved in one day and now it’s 3rd day and no one even visited once to see the issue and problem but when it was related to selling of the plan they’re visiting 2 times a day that’s what you guys do.

And when I called your customer care on – 18008969999 on this number he Said something that I was not even expecting means the behaviour was so rude man,  I told him that sir I am suffering from this issue so he told me –
” I CANNOT DO ANYTHING IN THIS AND LEAVE WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU HAD BEFORE TALKING ON CALL WITH OUR AREA MANAGER,AGENT OR with SALEMEN I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU BECAUSE YOU DON NOT HAVE ANY PROOF ” you should had a complaint number so I told him Sir tell me when I got setup of your JIO the Manager told me please call me whenever there’s even a single problem so where do I go first you say ? Or do I need to do those cheap things to record the call and send it to you here ? Means such UNPROFESSIONAL and DISAPPOINTING behaviour.
Your Area manager – Lavkesh – 06388900265 , I told him this thing today and even I told him the seriousness of the issue and the need of internet that I need to upload things of DRIVE so he told me he’ll send someone around 1pm today not before because all are in Training so I said okay but please be professional this time and when I called around 2 pm he told me I cannot send anyone because no one is available means what are you kidding me ? and when I said then I’ll need to do a complain for this he said sure you look forward to it .
Same goes with this person Vinay – 8052573866 when I told about this as he was the person whom my sister contacted first 3 days before he was just quiet and listening to me only because the fault is his and after I completed he said sorry for it and I’ll just call you back and then it’s 2+ hours not even a single call.
So, is this the services that you give to customer’s and cheat them , DO TAKE SOME ACTION ASAP I WANT TO GET IT RESOLVED IT BY TODAY ONLY OTHERWISE I NEED TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTIONS ON THIS .
