It’s been one week all employees have same script and same lines they haven’t solved my issue.
The internet is not working they told engineer will visit . The enginner told me mam issue can’t be solve go for airtel since than it’s been 3 days same issue they are telling me engineer will visit problem will be solved so on but nothing is happening. I literally cried on call every day for around 1-1.5 hours I am talking to jio employees i even have all call recording.
