My internet was not working so I registered my complaint on jio fiber helpline number.They said that they will resolve the issue on the same day but it did not happened and they marked my complaint number as resolved.Next day again called on their helpline number they again registered my complaint and the same thing happened.No engineer from jio fiber team arrived at my house to resove the complaint but they mark my complaint as resolved.This is continuously happening for the last 4 days.No one is even visiting the premises to even see the issue
