I have raised a surrender request for my jio fiber connection with service ID no-400122015913(order no- CO0000BR6LJJ) scheduled on 20-05-2021.The representative was supposed to come and take back their Equipment and Process the refund of my security Deposit, but nobody visited on my place to pick up the device only re-scheduling is going on since last 4 months ,they do not have decency to call and inform they won’t be coming, so i have wasted my 4 months for this. today is 07th Sep and this cancellation request was raised on 20th May 2021.its almost a 4 months but no response. I get multiple calls from Jio representatives but none of them know what is going on, they keep making excuses and ask to call customer care which i have done multiple times, i have emailed them too, but they just give automated response, this is totally unprofessional way to handle any request, please give me justice and take immediate action on jio fiber company for this harassment.
