I have paid 4500 rupees to get Jio Fiber internet on 12/05/2019, and they promised after verification installment and activation will be done within 48 hrs. but the next day salesperson not picking the phone, customer care just registered a complaint but no action. the very poor response, don’t know what to do next?

Was this issue resolved? What was the compensation amount paid. I am also facing similar issue
