I have been trying chase Technicians over here in Hyderabad and so many times I have complained to customer service also, even complaint registered did not turn up technicians in Hyderabad, I have to complain registered for more than 10 times not even single time Technicians turn up, even customer service support also helpless, they are just doing their job of registering no action. It is totally wrong decision to go for io Fiber. It is my humble request to all my citizens not to go for Jio fiber broadband or any other service.
