Hello Sir,
I book a jio fiber request on 5 august 2023, Their sale person comes and does the KYC . Same day technical team came and installed the fiber , but it is not working till now . Team members are not receiving my call , they cut my calls , i am calling customer care daily but no respond is coming . When i ask for refund they are saying that is not possible, So i want my money back because i am not happy with team member behaviour, and my till today my internet is not working. Please do the needfull thing.
