I have paid the 6 month’s bill amount for Jio fiber on 12th Aug and still the connection is not active. Everytime I ask for the status update the ground team either gives a false commitment or doesn’t accept our calls.
We have even tried calling customer care service and we get the same result from them also. After a moment they will intentionally disconnects our call. We are really in deep frustration as our money is with Jio and nobody comes for installation.
We feel a fraudulent activity is happening here and the people who are continuously giving us false promises are Aashish sheshwat +91 63979 95328
