Text of Complaint by Swati Singla:

Jio Fiber executives are not able to active the router after installation for three days  and on 8th July 2021, I filed a complaint to cancel the connection and for refund of the money. For the few days, Jio Fiber has been rescheduling the device pickup without my approval and saying that consumer has rescheduled the visit or consumer has not picked up the call which is absolutely false claim
