Jio executive contacted me on 17 th and promised to get the installation done within 2 hours of registration. During registration he entered wrong address and asked for OTP on my phone to complete the registration. I told him to correct the address first, to which he replied that i need to provide OTP for correction in address. This was the second lie from Jio . Just to get the registration done he lied to me . Then I contacted the Manager Ghanshyan regarding this . He told that jio connection would be installed the next day. It’s been 5 days since then. No one has even come to install jio fiber . The manager mocked me on the phone several times when i tried to explain everything. We are extremely frustrated with the Jio. I want to lodge a complaint against Jio for making false promises (on several occasions) ,taking 1500 Rs registration charge, mocking the customer on the phone by the manager (goes by the name Ghanshyam).
