Hi Team,
I took a connection of Jio Fiber on March 25 2022(Prepaid service), and on April 23, Jio agent came to my home and asked me to discontinue prepaid service and opt for post pain service. he assured that 2500 refund will be credited(1 month suscription is not completedas it is trail period). SO I opted post paid and did payment again and cancleed pre paid services. Jio fiber said my device will be picked up on April30 and refund will be credited within 14 working hours from the date of pickup. Device has been picked up on April 30 fro my home by agent and asked my bank details for refund. It’s been more than 2months still my refund didn’t creduted. I made so many calls to service centre and send mails many times but still issue didn’t resolve
