Hello Sir ,
I’m Surajit Singh Rai user of JioFiber +913379638880 I have been Using The Connection from last 1.5years , I have Been Having issue from 27september 2023 ,
On This Day Of 27th September 2023 My WiFi Wire Was Broken in a Incident Due To Syndicate Truck Racket Out Wire at night About 01:43am , So I Requested JioFiber Team To Restore The Connection, And Their Are Refusing to Restore the connection, I Have A Valid Plan going , I’m Unable to Use The Service Due Lack Of issue Created By Jio Technical Group, Jio Care & The Service Provider,
I Have Sent Email as Per Issue,
I Also Told Them , It’s A Long Distance Wire They Have Provide Me ,
They Also Told Me ,
How Much long Distance Connection We Will Provid you .
I Have Been Refusing from last 4Days .
Thay Have Generated many Service Request,
After They All Failed.
To Restore The Connection.
