I am using Jio Fiber connection for the past 2 years. On 16th of September 2022, internet stopped working and only Red light is blinking in router.
Raised a Service request (SR00001DXGDN) on same day and they scheduled Engineer visit on 18th Sep, 19th Sep, 20th Sep, 21st Sep, 22nd Sep and 23rd Sep but no one visited.
I called Customer care (1800 896 9999) again on 19th Sep and almost daily, and they told that “Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Engineer visit has been postponed to 20th Sep and the next.
I am calling them every day and getting same reply that “Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Engineer visit has been postponed to next day”.
I have called them at least atleast 3 to 4 times and asked them to transfer the call to next level escalation contact, but they never did that by giving reasons like “Call is not connecting to their Manager” and finally raised a Service Request (SR00001E1TFE) for that too.
Mean while, I also mailed this issue with their Appellate Authority -TamilNadu (appellate.tn@jio.com), on 21st Sep replied that the issue will be resolved by 22th Sep 2022.
Still no Engineer has visited and issue is not resolved, but they have said that engineer has been visited to your premises and also the SR to Hold.
I am Working From Home and with this internet connection issue, I am not able to work for last 6 days which has badly impacted my professional life.
I need this issue to be resolved immediately and should give extension in the plan to number of days the connection was inactive.
And to take necessary legal action against the team or company who is responsible for such a negligence service by Jio FiberTeam.
