My Jio Fiber ID- 301131799228, is not working since 22/5/2020.
It got restored back for few days, but again went off from 09/6/2020.
There are about 15 connections in our Apartment, all are not working.
As Jio Fiber is a Prepaid connection, my recharge amount is forfeited & also no refund is given.
Even after raising numerous complains at Customer Care, there is no response at all to rectify the connection & refund my amount.
No Engineer visits to rectify the issue & if at all someone does he charges Rs.300/- to Rs.500/-.
But again the connection goes off.
Till now i have incurred a loss of Rs.1200/-.
Kindly look into the matter.
