From 10 to 12 days my jio fiber connection not working.. Every day jio customer care taking my complaint but their local engineers not resolve my issues. Now local manager told me to handover the connection, he told me that company will not giving connection more than 80 meters, but my question then why before one year they gave me connection? After recharge jio fiber pre-paid plan they just harassed me day after day… please I want my back
