I am Hareesh Waddatti from Hubli, and I requested a Jio Fiber connection. One of your representatives came to my home and confirmed the connection feasibility and asked me to pay. I paid RS 8072 on April 11, 2022, which included internet and TV service for 6 months, as shown in the payment attached screenshot.
They called me on the 13th of April, 2022, to submit an application, and I received an OTP, but I never received an application number.
I’ve been following up on my connection since April 13, 2022, and they have yet to give me a connection or refund my money.
They occasionally confirmed that a refund has been begun, but no reimbursement has yet been received.
Even though I met many Jio representatives near my home who came to advertise Jio and told them about my difficulty, they didn’t bother or even visit my home site.
I request you to look into this and resolve my problem by giving me a connection or refund.
I had a very serious bad customer experience with Jio.
