On 1 August,2022,
Sales executive of jio fiber come to my home and tell me various plans of jio fiber. One of them is 6+2months (total 8 months you get) of 30mbps internet you get in just 2395/- . We agreed to buy that plan and paid payment in advance.
But after 6 months on 11feb,2023
we receive a message of wifi plan completed. We called sales executive of jio fiber and tell him the situation he Said that this voucher system pls check your jio account you see a voucher of 1 month activate that voucher similarly after completing of this voucher you get one voucher more of one month but on
11 march,2023
We receive a message in our jio account that your postpaid bill is due of your jio fiber but the sales executive take full payment on
1 August,2023. And the remaining voucher is also not available of the last month.
Then we can make call to sales executive he said that I will see this
But but no reply of him .
Then again I call the him but now he blocked my number I tried from the different number and ask him to give me my voucher and resolve for the bill which is coming in my account he said that this is not my mistake I quit the job.
then I called in the jiofiber they take 4 days to see this then they said they will not able to give me voucher and and bill you also have to pay. They did not solve this issue.
