Actually I have taken an enterprises connection on 27/09/2023 of PLAN 801 whose payment I have done annually.Due to wifi speed I tried to connect with of customer care (vaishali) . But instead of solving the issue she cancelled my Jio Enterprises connection. And she disconnected my connection and she give not my refund Kindly look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.But I have received mail from your side he tells my account restored check your side I attach a file and send to you you have two options restored my connection either give my money refund I pay ₹ 9642 and I have used only 15 to 20 days and my connection got disconnected which I don’t do that check call recording and see I am never mentioned there to cancel my connection i regard get my connection restored another I will complaint in TRAI and Mail ambani house. So please get me new connection or restored my connection.
