Since august 7th my jio fiber is not working properly. Every time I lodge a complaint nobody comes to resolve all i get is time and date when the technician will visit due to which My recharge amount is almost wasted. I have called so many time but since 8th August nobody came to repair its been 10days nobody has come. They automatically changed it to resolve without resolving the problem and when i call again or send a email they give me a new complaint no also my business is suffering as i have to borrow the connection from my neighbor but till when this is getting frustrating . calls, emails registering on help desk all has been done but in vane.
