To whom ever it my concern
I am Sabarish from Bangalore location from Nethaji Circle location
Due to huge reputation and brand image of jio
I have booked jio fiber connection from my mobile on 14th of last month and 2 agents from jio came to me and took money of Rs 2824 from me through debit card and ran away and not lifting my mobile call from past 18 days and i tried reaching jio fiber customer care it is telling my number is not registered so that my call is not reachable to jio fiber customer care and also I tried to reach the offline in Malleswaram and agent named Manjunath told he will take care about this problem but now he is also not responding to my call as well as messages .
The agents name is Vivek who took money from me and not responding to calls
I request the concerned authorities to take responsible action as jio being a reputed company and me experiening these kind of clue less problem by cheating people taking money and not responding is very devastating to me .
Daily a mail pop’s up me stating “MY INSTALLATION IS POSTPONED DUE TO ME OPTING TO A DIFFERENT TIME SLOT”
which I haven’t done as I don’t have access to access any kind of information from JIO FIBER
I am behind Jio fiber care from past 14 days and no one is responsible and responding to my issue.
its been 18 days I am behind your jio fiber office and it is really devastating to be heard that being a reputed company of INDIA and retailers are trying to leverage the gaps in the customer dispute settlement mechanism due to non integration between the customer and the company with an intermediary playing with customers money ..
I tried to contact customer care but there is no way to reach them as my transaction is withheld by the intermediate retailer/ distributor who is playing with me from past 18 days due to week customer service from JIO FIBER….
kindly understand my problem this is really not good ..
Being waiting every day and not getting any thing on my side
