I have taken jio fiber connection with setup box package and for the past week , the setup box isnt working. I reached customer care multiple times and no action has been taken on my ticket. Then i raised an escalation ticket and they keep closing the ticket even without addressing my issues.
Also they say there is no compensation for setup box issues, i have paid for both right, then why cant they provide compensation. I tried calling and tried dropping emails, but no use.
