Dear sir
We had applied for jio dth distributorship online on (http://www.jiodthdistributor.in/) website after which we received a call from Mr Vikram Singh (Contact – mob): 8016187578) who said our application was confirmed 15000(refundable)to be paid for distributorship and we had received several confirmation mails along with the certificates for the distributorship.
We then asked to transfer the refundable amount of rs 100000(against 20%of Rs. 5 lakh jio dth products)and later on Rs. 90000 for gst of products the advance payment for the delivery of the product. After paying Rs.205000 the executive vikram singh asked me to pay Rs.60690 towards transport of products which will be directly transported to my place by Tata max vehicle from head office Jio Mumbai. Due to critical personal issue I couldn’t pay the transport amount and told them to cancel distributorship and refund my total amount 2lakh5thousand. After few hours vikram said give a application
to company by the given contact what’s app(8016187578).I had given application by whatsapp to cancel my distributorship and refund whole amount. After some hours Vikram called me and told your distributorship cancellation approved and as you are cancelling you have to wait for 90 days to get your money or give refund table charge of 12,500 and tax 5,500 and you would get total amount in 10 minutes. After paying 12500+5500=18000 I asked him to refund. Then the executive Vikram told me to pay transport charge then you get your total refund. Still now after several calls text messages whatsapp messages no response and no refund of my money. Total the company has taken ₹2, 23,000from us
Can you please help me out to get my total money back as soon. Now I m total penniless.
