I saw Jio newyear offer for 365 days +24 days for 2999 and recharged on 7th january 2024.
No start date or end date mentioned on the whatsapp msg i received from jio. I have thoroughly checked every where, start date was mention on jio website but no end date. hence i recharged. Jio gave me only 365 days of validity but didnt fulfill the extra 24 days.
when i wrote to them, they responded offer is valid till 5th of january. When i questioned for not mentioning the end date anywhere, they simply apologized but didnt fulfill me with the promised offer.
I urge the authority to fulfill my offer as promised by jio.
