I have jio number since last 2 years and my data refills everyday at 12.43am , today(03/02/2019) i was waiting for refill my data but it showed that i exhausted the data of 03/02/2019 within 1 hour and in this time i did not use any application or not do any other thing which takes high data so how is this possible that my 1.5GB exhausted in one hour without any usage.
i want that jio provide me my lost data which exactly not given to me on 03/02/2019, otherwise i raised a FIR for same.
