Hi
I have been raising my conserns on unable to make calls on my jio number 8310297351 as only internet is working from past 10 days ,and I have made more than 20 calls to customer service team and wasted minimum of 20 mins on each cal and spent more than 300 rs calling jio team and not getting any help .every time I have called I have only been misinformed teling it will be fixed in 3 hours ,2 hours or a day …i asked for manager in almost 5 calls as its my right ..
Every time I was promised a call back from the manager and it’s the 10th day no manager is called me yet and I have only received a mail telling that they tried calling between I have not even received any missed call on any alternate numbers provided..(9742144302)
I also wanted to complain on one of the advisor I spoke to on 01/05/2019(6:05 pm) yoggender who was rude and said there is nothing called manager call back and hung up on me very disappointed service I have received.
I dont even want to continue anymore with jio and I want my complete years money back which I have already recharged for an year ..and my money wasted on calling made to the jio departed and getting treated so bad ….
