No Body is helping me for My 251 rupees recharge on 11/5/2019 at 12.24 am and saying that they can’t Help us I only want that help me regarding voice calling plan and I have chosen 251 rupees only for 51 day’s voice calling purposes, please help me,

My gio phone no. Is 8368564514 and my complaint is that no is helping their for my problem regarding recharge of 251 rupees ON 11/5/2019 at 12.24 am, their Was Three options when I recharge The no. 149 for 28 day’s, 251 for 51 day’s and 399 for 84 day’s and I have chosen 251 for 51 day’s but today My calls are not transferring then I called customer support executive Mr Ravinder Chauhan but he told me you have not chosen right plan I have asked him to correct that and help me but he told me that I can’t help you, it is all about my hard earned money and I only want it to convert in normal voice calling plan, please help me
