Airtel is stealing money from us in the way of the Mobile balance. They are having options to recharge for mobile balance and if done, I couldn’t activate the data pack from the mobile balance. If I ask the customer care, the response was shocking.
” Currently we are not providing options to recharge using the mobile Balance. You can only use e- recharge and online payment methods” …
What the hell ?
