My problem of weak indoor coverage from 20 April 2018 is still not resolved then why are you closing my complaint when my problem is still there and whenever I try to contact jio senior customer care ( with the call back option) which is meant when senior customer care is free they will call me instead of that when the call back come I have been made to wait for 30 minutes sometime more I am saying are you illetrate person that you don’t know the meaning of call back
