I have purchased Redmi 5A mobile phone from jio mini store pratapgarh up on 12 august under scheme mentioned in dainik jagran 12aug edition Allahabad publication attached with mail in which it was published that jio cash back offer of rs 2200 on Redmi 5A phone from 11 aug to 15 august 2018.
I bought this phone from above mentioned jio store I recharged jio no.6306245581 with rs 399+99 prime member. I have not received cash back of rs 2200. When I called jio care he is saying that rs 2200 cash back is not available on this recharge.
I followed all terms and condition mentioned in this news paper in which there is no any condition that says this offer will not be available on this recharge. Plz help me to return my 2200 cash back because I have followed all terms and condition mentioned in this news paper.
