1. The Jio representative who explained me the postpaid plan, told that the TV channels will come like Tatasky or Airtel Dish tv, however post installation he said it will work via OTT platforms. Basically, different channels will work with different OTT platforms for which I have to change it again and again, which not very old age users friendly.
2. I called customer service to talk about it, the customer care representative disconnected my call.
3. I called again, and asked for REFUND and cancel my connection. SHE SAID REFUND IS POSSIBLE, AND SHE RAISED THE REQUEST AS NO USSAGE.
4. Later on same day, I got a call from Jio Fiber, and the gentleman told REFUND NOT POSSIBLE. So eventually I got trapped in JIO FIBER SCAM, and I told him NOT to CANCEL the connection and I will continue using the Jio Fiber for 3 months. He confirmed the same and told me that he will close the case.
5. All above incidents happened on 16/06/2023.
6. From 17/06/2023 to 20/06/2023, I was not in Bangalore, was out of station due to personal reasons.
7. When I came back on 20/06/2023, my Jio Fiber was not working. I called customer care, they said its deactivated and they reactivated again.
8. NOW MY AMAZON PRIME IS NOT WORKING.
MY POINT IS, ITS NOT MY FAULT AND I HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM NOT TO STOP THE CONNECTION IF REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE. THEN WHY IS MY CONNECTION GOT DEACTIVATED ?
AND IF IS DONE SO, I NEED MY FULL PLAN REACTIVATED WHERE MY ALL OTTs SUBSCRIPTION SHOULD BE WORKING WITH FULL INTERNET SPEED FOR 3 MONTHS FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID.
CUSTOMER CARE SAYING, THEY CAN NOT REFUND NOR REACTIVATE AMAZON PRIME.
I sent mail to jiofibercare@jio.com for escalation. They made me repeat the whole story on several calls, raised the service request for 4 times, BUT all this was also another trick to escape from Jio. In the end, they said ITS NOT POSSIBLE. No use of complaining.
Without my fault, I have to bear the loss, due to Jio’s stupid customer care executive’s mistake.
