Even after frequent complaints no any complaints are resolved. After taking recharge amount no prompt internet.
Vodafone: If we recharge for 4G we get actually 3G and vodafone claims their internet speed is Supernet. Afterall customer bears it all with very poor service. If they have problems in server or tower then why we should pay during their problem, they should charge only for full, reliable and prompt service. The days of problems should be deducted from overall recharge amount. Why costomer should listen and comrpomise with their problems frequently??? Vodafone bahar se ayega, apne desh ko lootega, desh ka tax dubayega aur government fir bhi chup !!! Sab desh ko aur desh ki janta ko lootne chale hai… Who should raise hand against such culprits ?????
Jio: The have poor 4G network coverage in particular area because of low number of towers, then Jio should distribute SIM cards only in those areas where they have installed towers. It is not customer problem if users are increased, Jio should have provision to tackle such problems. Each time we complaint bout slow speed of internet they claim incresed number of users in my area. Since last 3 yrs i am facing same problem and getting same answers from Jio but no any solution by Jio in my area. At last customer bears it all both money and time. Jio to apne hi desh ka he, data sasta dega, saste ki adat lagayega aur bad me aise problems khade karega without ny solution.
