Text of Complaint by Parvathy Ramakrishnan:

I paid an amount of 6364 for Jip air fiber connection for 6 months . Right from first day of the Connection i had been facing issues like 1. Frequent connection drops .2VPN disconnects 3. Buffereing on TV 4. No possibility to Switch between 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz .I kept raising complaints and technitians tried all that was possible from their end , Still i had the same issues .
This has affected my offics work very badly. It is 12 -13 days since i raised a cancellation request , but no one responded , When i calle the customer care people cut the call when i ask for the refund .

This connection is of no use to me . I have been affected by the poor network . So i need a refund .
