Hii This is raju,
I want to install a new internet connection in my home for usage of My work,so i booked in online my jio app through I booked that The next day early morning a person call me i my from jio air fiber team for installation you have book a pre-order for jio Air fiber. So I pay for that 1000 Rupees and he tell me i will take 7 days for installation our team will be come and install that you have pay remaining amount according your plan for that all good he is responding well.

While That day come to install he is saying by tomorrow we will come okay i will wait for that no issues for me
The next day he says by evening we will come okay come and install and i will available for that time I wait for them they didn’t come not answer my calls, next also like that only they did after 4.days he lifted the call by evening we will come otherwise I will refund your 1000 rupees I said.okay your wish.

Now I wait for still one the month i didn’t get any update on that still he not lifting call as well

Here not issue for money 1000 i wait for long time still one month I am expert on US teaching Company in the daily i will early 10000 and I use to run as there guidelines i will run 4 acct For teaching the students nearly in one month 1200000 that my income i totally lost. That amount by them, in my place there is no internet facility so choose them jio service.

So please solve this problem with my loss of my salary and my mental health problem.
